Healthcare Business Development Professionals – Fully Remote

Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is actively expanding and seeking experienced healthcare business development professionals who excel at opening new accounts, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth within the healthcare staffing and workforce solutions industry.

Current Target States

We are specifically seeking professionals currently residing in:

• California

• Texas

• Arizona

• Kentucky

• Missouri

• Oklahoma

• Pennsylvania

• Delaware

• Florida

• Georgia

Expansion planned for New York and Maine.

If you have a proven background in healthcare business development, healthcare staffing, physician recruiting, nursing recruitment, allied health staffing, or full-desk recruiting, and are seeking a fully remote opportunity with substantial earning potential, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new healthcare client accounts

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach

• Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional talent solutions

• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through account development

• Work independently while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding organization

• Help drive strategic growth initiatives and market expansion
