YOUR DAY AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL MAINTENANCE TECH

As an Entry-Level Maintenance Tech with our real estate company, you handle a variety of tasks that keep homes in great condition. One moment, you're fixing a leaky faucet or clearing a toilet stoppage, ensuring the plumbing runs smoothly. Next, you might replace a light switch or troubleshoot an electrical issue to keep the lights on. Your day could also involve patching a roofing section, clearing out clogged gutters, or rehanging a door for a perfect fit. Whether it's carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or general repairs, you take pride in maintaining and improving the homes you care for.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Experience in repairing and maintaining homes
• Experience in repair/maintenance of plumbing leaks, stop-ups, electrical, carpentry, roofing, gutters
