Our in-store team is the face of the brand — we hold a high standard for how the store runs, how customers are treated, and how every transaction is handled. What You'll Do

You'll be part of our in-store team, working across the sales floor, checkout, and register. Every shift starts by supporting the online shipping team with order picking, then transitions to the sales floor once they release you. From there, your job is to keep customers helped, the store sharp, and every transaction clean.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Start each shift by checking in with the online shipping team and helping pick online orders until released to the floor
• Greet every customer who walks in, offer help, and walk them to products they're looking for (no pointing in a direction)
• Keep the floor neat throughout the shift — refolding, restacking, and re-hanging continuously
• Run customers through checkout: account lookup, item scanning and verification, order confirmation
• Work the register: pull up unpaid orders, capture payment, handle receipts, and bag every purchase
• Handle cash transactions following our count-and-lay-out standard (we'll train you on this)
• Politely manage entry policy on customer belongings (bags, food, drinks at the front desk or in vehicles)

• Customer-first. You can engage warmly with customers and assist proactively without being pushy
• Detail-oriented. You can follow a standard process every time, not just when convenient
• Honest. Cash handling and time clock integrity are non-negotiable
• Team player. You'll be moving between shipping support, the floor, and the register — flexibility matters
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person.

Schedule

Open Monday through Sunday. We're flexible on shift coverage but reliability on your committed shifts is essential.

Pay

$17–$20/hour, depending on experience. Early access to pay available through Homebase Cash Out.
