What You’ll Do: Be the Printer Hero!

• Install & Wow: Set up and fine-tune specialty and wide-format printers that churn out epic banners, wraps, signage, stickers, and more. Make every install a masterpiece!
• Fix It Fast: Diagnose printer gremlins like a tech detective, using schematics, manuals, and your trusty circuit testers to zap shorts and grounds. Swap out parts like cap tops, print heads, or cables with ninja precision.
• Road Warrior Vibes: Drive a truck and trailer to deliver gear to customers across the Southeast. You’re the captain of the open road! Take the company car for a spin on maintenance and repair calls.
• Customer Whisperer: Train clients to master their printers, troubleshoot issues via phone or remote dial-in, and swoop in for on-site repairs when needed. You’ll be their go-to guru.
• Keep It Smooth: Clean, lubricate, and tweak printers to keep them purring. Spot loose parts or print quality hiccups before they become drama.
• Money Moves: Provide repair cost estimates, recommend repair vs. replace, and communicate with our billing agent for any unforeseen changes to the estimate.
• Stay Stocked: Keep your toolkit loaded with parts for quick fixes on the go and do warehouse inventory for regular maintenance parts.
• Paper Trail Pro: Log your maintenance and repair wins, ensuring every job’s documented with flair.
• Bonus Missions: Tackle any extra tasks the team throws your way—because you’re that versatile!
• Get Creative: Get to know proprietary as well as popular design software, and test out your skills in our showroom.
