Sales Representative - New Installation
Your main responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities through customer and industry contacts to drive new installation business
- Perform preliminary design work, review plans and specifications, and develop budgets and schedules
- Prepare estimates, bid proposals, and presentations to secure profitable contracts
- Meet or exceed sales targets while analyzing customer needs and applying company products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and execute negotiation and sales strategies aligned with company offerings and market conditions
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years of technical or elevator sales experience
- Elevator industry or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP preferred
