Salary and Benefits

• Starting Salary: $85,000
• Health Insurance: Employer covers 70%
• Dental and Vision Insurance: Provided
• Paid Time Off: 8 days in the first year

• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile
• Cellphone Allowance: $60 per month

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Float across multiple service areas based on patient and staffing needs
• Perform patient admissions, routine visits, and symptom management
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice care in patients’ homes
• Assess patient conditions and update care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on hospice services and symptom management
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication
• Travel daily within the metro Atlanta area

Requirements

• Clear and active RN license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience required
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Flexibility to cover varying territories day-to-day
