Director of Broker Relations & Lead Generation

We are seeking a strategic growth leader to drive the top-of-funnel engine that fuels business expansion and resale activity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through third-party broker partnerships, resale marketing, referral channels, and organic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with third-party brokers and referral partners to drive qualified lead flow

• Position our brand as a preferred opportunity in the market through education, credibility, and consistent engagement

• Represent our organization at industry conferences and events, and conduct 1:1 partner meetings, networking events, webinars, and conference presentations

• Develop and execute a lead generation strategy across multiple channels, including broker partnerships, resale opportunities, referrals, and organic channels

• Establish lead targets, pacing plans, and performance benchmarks, and identify new channel and partnership opportunities to drive growth

• Lead marketing and positioning of existing resale opportunities, and develop targeted campaigns for experienced buyers

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience working with external partners and stakeholders

• Ability to analyze complex data and market trends, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth

• Strong business acumen, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience with lead generation, resale marketing, and channel partner development
