Starting Rate of pay: $21.72/HR

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

Shifts Available and Hours:

12-hour continental shifts days & nights available

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What you will be doing

• Place safety first.
• Load lengths of aluminum extrusions onto load table.
• Hooking of parts for painting.
• Unloading lengths of aluminum extrusions after painting
• Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
• Read work instructions and interpret production drawings.
• All other duties as directed by the department shift leader or manager.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

• The ability to work any shift is required.
• Technical Knowledge Successful score on job skills assessment. Will be assessed by internal or external sources to verify job skills, as well as reading and math comprehension.
• Physical Requirements Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 130 lbs. on a repetitive basis, with a partner.
• Must have the ability to stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot/cold)

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Manufacturing Experience is desirable.
• Education High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Communication Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English preferred.
• Team player.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to be adaptable to change; ability to prioritize needs.
