They operate on a sliding fee scale and never turn away a patient based on their ability to pay.

Salary and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary for the first 6 months
• Production-based pay model
• Earning potential: $250,000–$450,000+ annually based on performance
• $100,000 sign-on bonus: $50,000 upfront with a two-year commitment, $50,000 lump sum at renewal for an additional two years
• $1,000 stipend for each one-week call rotation
• Residency stipend of $1,500 per month
• Student loan repayment: $75,000 through the National Health Service Corps (two-year commitment)
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
• Relocation bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population
• Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and other clinical staff to provide integrated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
• Provide supervision or mentorship to medical residents or students if desired
• Support mission-driven care for underserved and uninsured communities

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensed to practice in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain licensure
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
