Contact Center Sales Representative
MCI Careers seeks Contact Center Sales Representatives to support leading technology brands in a fast-paced CX and BPO environment. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, explain IT and software solutions, and convert prospects into sales while delivering excellent customer experiences. Use CRM and contact center tools to track interactions, follow scripts and compliance guidelines, and meet or exceed sales and quality targets. Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for technology and software clients
- Qualify prospects, understand needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and quality assurance targets
- Use CRM and contact center software to log interactions and manage pipeline
- Follow scripts, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve performance
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Support multichannel communication, including phone, email, and chat
