Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15/ hour*

What you'll be doing as a Retail Event Sales Associate:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing décor items
• Provide product information and recommendations to support sales
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job requirements:

• 1–2 years of sales or retail experience required

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a retail environment and stand for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual
