TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required; minimum of 5 years experience in HR required; or combination of experience/education in lieu of one another required.
- Minimum of three (3) years leadership or management experience preferred.
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
- Strong organizational ability, oral and written communication skills; computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills required.
- Effective project management skills required.
- Exhibits independent decision making, manages stress appropriately, and works well with others; possessing tact and diplomacy while communicating with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and solves challenging problems in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively in a team environment.
