We are seeking a Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on defense litigation experience, meaningful case ownership, and the ability to grow within a respected, collaborative firm.

Our firm represents insureds, insurers, and corporate clients in personal injury and tort matters and is known for high-quality advocacy and practical, results-driven litigation.

What You'll Do
- Defend a caseload of personal injury and tort matters on behalf of insureds and corporate clients
- Handle cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Communicate directly with insurance adjusters, clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with partners and support staff on complex litigation

What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Georgia Bar (or eligible)
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury defense, insurance defense, or civil litigation
- Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have
- Premises liability, auto liability, or general liability defense experience
- Deposition or trial experience
- Experience working with insurance carriers
