Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Physical Therapist is needed for a part-time position serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a K-12 school setting located in Cordele, GA. This contract role is for the entire school year, providing essential therapeutic support to enhance the physical development and mobility of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels, addressing individual needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student development and coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license/certification in the state of Georgia is required.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.

Position Details:

• Scheduled for 2 hours per week, 1 day weekly.
• Contract duration covers the full school year.
