We’re hiring an Executive Director who wants strong earning potential, executive-level leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to lead a stable hospice organization serving a close-knit community.
You’ll step into a senior leadership role focused on overseeing all operational aspects of hospice services at the Claxton branch. This position includes responsibility for regulatory compliance, financial performance, team development, quality improvement, and strategic growth initiatives. You will lead a fully staffed team supporting an average hospice census of approximately 100 patients while maintaining high standards of interdisciplinary care.
You’ll practice in Claxton, Georgia, a welcoming southeastern community known for its small-town charm, low cost of living, and strong community values.

What makes you a great fit
• You have at least 2 years of hospice leadership experience
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
• Registered Nurse license preferred and in good standing
• You have strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice operations
• You demonstrate proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• You understand interdisciplinary hospice care models
• You are confident leading operations, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $105,000 to $150,000 plus 10 percent annual bonus plan
