We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front office.
Location: Cordele, GA
Schedule: Sunday 4A to 3P Monday – Thursday 8 -5P
Salary $14.00 an hour
Major Job Duties:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Take and relay accurate messages
Perform general filing and document organization
Use basic computer programs for scheduling, communication, and documentation
Learn and use our client’s computer system (training provided)
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar)
Ability to learn new software quickly
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Previous front desk or administrative experience is a plus but not required
