Job duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Answer customer inquiries about parts, fill order request, and sell parts across the counter.
• Issue parts to service personnel up request.
• Ascertain make, year, and type of part needed. Advise customer of part needed according to description by customer or service technician.
• Discuss use and features of various parts.
• Read catalog, service manuals, or computer for replacement part stock number and price.
• Place orders with suppliers to fulfill customer requirements.
• Invoice orders upon completion.

• Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills.
• Desire to work hard and take care of the customer.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous parts department experience is preferred.
