Legal Administrative Assistant
This position will support the Legal Department and will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

Books travel arrangements, including international flights, hotels and rental cars for Vice President and Assistant General Counse- lPrepares expense reports for members of the Legal Departmen
- tAssists with preparing PowerPoint presentations and other report
- sAssists with documents including simple correspondence, filing, copying, scanning, etc
- .Assists with tracking billable time, tracking invoices from outside counsel, transfer agents, etc
