Technology Transactions and Licensing Associate - Atlanta or Boston
Our client is a premier Am law firm, seeking associates in JD years 2019-2021 for its Tech Group in Atlanta or Boston. This group works with clients in leading emerging companies, venture capital, and growth equity firms in the technology, AI, financial services, and consumer products sectors. The salary range for this position is between $365k to $420k.

- 4-6 years of experience in commercial contracts drafting and negotiation - and/or - venture financing and/or M&A transactions.
- Interest in working with startup and venture capital clients.

- Superior academic credentials from a top law school.
