Branch Aftermarket Parts Operations Manager
Lead the Aftermarket at LiftOne
As the Branch Aftermarket Parts Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader who keeps our parts business running smoothly, our customers delighted, and our budget targets on track. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you orchestrate daily activity across sales, inventory, and vendor relationships to sustain and elevate service levels.
A day in the life
You begin by scanning management reports and the prior day’s quotes. You coach your parts team on follow-ups, sit with a new rep to sharpen product knowledge, and huddle with service to stage parts for road technicians. Midday brings vendor credits to finalize, consignment stock to review, and a quick audit spot-check. By afternoon, you’re approving invoices, advising on a marketing push for pallet jacks and electric walkies, and mapping next quarter’s budget.
