Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions.
- Facilitate necessary updates to members accounts.
- Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
- Operate the POS system and accept payments.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service - 1 year (preferred)
- CPR/AED certification (required)
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional attitude
- Upbeat and positive personality
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
- Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.
