We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **Compensation:** $19.00/hour **Location:** Mableton, GA **Shifts :** Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM **Shift Differential:** 6%-8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked Responsibilities + This position is responsible for the efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned. + Responsible for start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment. Equipment may include production line equipment, forklifts or other power equipment. + Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently following the Company Safety Policy, including the lock out/tag out process. + Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items, reworking product and loading conveyors. + Quality Assurance and testing compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards. + Provide general plant, production line and facility clean up (5S). Qualifications + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Production experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment. + Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency. + Work efficiently self-directed or in a team environment. + Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. + Forklift experience (required in some locations). + Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends (depending on location). + Ability to inspect materials visually and by sense of smell. + PPE Required (safety shoes, hair nets, goggles, ear plugs). + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions (depending on location) that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity. The noise level may be loud at times.
