POSITION SUMMARY
The Staffing Director will be responsible for managing the US Staffing Team. This position is responsible for structure, processes, and overall operations; researching and staying current with best practices; identifying areas of opportunity/action plans; creating growth strategies; establishing short-term and long-term goals; and supporting metrics/reporting.
This position will work closely with CST leadership to establish recruitment goals/strategies and marketing/advertising campaigns and partner with payroll and information technology staff to create/ensure integrated processes for scheduling/staffing, and payroll functions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads, Trains, Problem Solves, and Manages daily responsibilities of the US Staffing team.
- Assigns Staffing Managers to projects with the help of Account Directors/Managers
- Effectively communicates expectations and holds US Staffing teams accountable for job responsibilities.
- Responsible for keeping the US Activity Calendar and CST Resource Tool up to date.
- Assists MD with weekly CST resource communication to greater US and Global teams.
- Acts as a Liaison to Global operations in implementing staffing and operations changes.
- Works closely with ELT on issues arising from client servicing and program compliance.
- Key decision maker in the interview process of new hires within the staffing department
- Works closely with Senior Staffing Manager/Special Projects on training and development of the staffing team
- Responsible for the overall achievement and delivery of key performance indicators within the department
- Provide assistance with account management responsibilities as required
- Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory training and skills competency; supports department-based goals that contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION
Lead a team of employees within the staffing department.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years of Customer Service
- 5+ years of Sales Experience
- 5+ years in a Managerial Role

- Effective communication with colleagues and customers in a diverse, positive, culture-centered work environment.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and complex tasks in a fast-paced setting, along with attention to detail, persistence, and follow-through.
- Prioritize client growth efforts in line with long-term scale opportunities.
- Understanding client business and marketing objectives and how to measure impact through activation KPIs to generate real insight.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent computer/software skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint),
- Salesforce, Asana & SharePoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in engaging in telephone conversations and possess the capabilities to conduct professional discussions with key stakeholders
