How You Will Make an Impact You will step into a dynamic Quality Assurance environment where your insights ensure flawless software performance. Key contributions include:

• Validate rollover functionality to ensure previous year’s tax return data transitions perfectly to the current year.

• Execute and manage pseudo tax returns, meticulously identifying and documenting software defects.

• Analyze forms to verify they calculate correctly according to official form instructions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to re-test corrected defects and maintain overall software integrity.

What You Bring to the Team Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in tax preparation, tax software development, or Quality Assurance testing.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

• Proven mathematical foundation combined with excellent reading comprehension and the ability to utilize reference materials.

• Highly analytical, self-managing work ethic with the agility to meet deadlines and make sound decisions.

• Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
