Senior Tax Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

We are partnering with a large global company to identify an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its growing tax leadership team. The Senior Tax Manager w ill play a critical role in overseeing US corporate tax provision/accounting and compliance while navigating an evolving regulatory landscape. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor, drive process improvements, and support global tax operations in a fast-paced, complex environment. Responsibilities include:

• Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision calculations and related disclosures
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and support strategic tax planning
• Oversee global tax compliance activities and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and external auditors
• Leverage tax technology tools (e.g., OneSource or equivalent software) to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Manage a team of 3 Tax professionals

Targeted profile:

• CPA designation required
• 8–10 years of progressive tax experience, including both tax compliance and tax provision (ASC 740)
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision software required
• Prior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting large, publicly traded, global organizations
• Experience leading and developing staff, as well as driving process improvements.
• Demonstrated career progression, leadership capability, and professional stability
