As a Security Officer – Admin Clerk, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Thursday - Monday 40HRS OR 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Sunday - Thursday 40HRS

Responsibilities of a Admin Clerk- Data Entry Officer

• Accurately input truck and visitor information into internal systems in real time
• Monitor gate activity and ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing traffic
• Verify information for accuracy, including spelling, grammar, and completeness
• Provide professional customer service to drivers, vendors, and site personnel
• Communicate clearly with site teams regarding entries, issues, or discrepancies
• Maintain organized records and logs in compliance with site procedures
• Support general administrative tasks related to gate operations
• Operate in a security-conscious environment while prioritizing administrative duties

Qualifications for Admin Clerk - Data Entry Officer

• Minimum of 2-3 years Customer Service and/or Data Entry experience Preferred

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation environments preferred

• Excellent spelling, grammar, and typing skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry systems, email, etc.)

• Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM required; 50+ WPM preferred with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
