Contract Data Entry Coordinator
:
Summary The Contract Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of all data related to the company's rental contracts in our internal systems. Essential Functions - Review rental contracts and payment information for completeness.
- Accurate and timely data entry rental contract and payment information into ERP Systems.
- Accurate and timely rental master file update in Excel
- Accurate and timely price increase processing in ESC (proprietary system).
- Review completed data entry for accuracy and completeness.
- Attention to detail is key requirement of this role.
- Contract Filing as required.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications - Proven working experience in order/data entry and customer service.
- 1-3 years of related experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be efficient, accurate, and organized.
- Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
- Data collection with attention to detail are essential.
