We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Information Systems Analyst to join our team in Georgia. As a Laboratory Information Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining laboratory information systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise will enable the hospital to provide high-quality patient care and enhance our laboratory operations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Technology, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in laboratory information systems analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Strong knowledge of laboratory information systems, including middleware and interface engines
* Experience with laboratory information systems, such as Meditech, Epic, or LabDAQ
* Knowledge of healthcare IT standards, including HL7 and FHIR
* Ability to work collaboratively with laboratory personnel, IT staff, and leadership
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CLIA
