Remote Booking & Scheduling Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Booking & Scheduling Coordinator to support clients by managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all details are accurately confirmed. What Youll Do:
- Manage booking requests and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate calendars and confirm availability
- Communicate with clients to gather required details

- Provide friendly, professional communication throughout the process
