Executive Assistant to the (CLO)
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Strategic Calendar Management: Own the CLO’s calendar with a mastery of
prioritization. You must understand the urgency of legal and clinical matters to ensure the
most critical tasks always take precedence.
- Executive Gatekeeping: Act as the primary filter for internal and external inquiries. You
will protect the CLO’s time while ensuring that key stakeholders feel heard and
supported. - Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Officer, with Board members, donors, Foundation staff, and others, on matters related to Officer's programmatic initiatives.
- C-Suite Relationship Building: Proactively develop and maintain strong working
relationships with other Executive Assistants across the C-Suite. Success in this role
relies on your ability to collaborate across departments to align schedules and goals. - Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Officer, including those sensitive or confidential. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the organization's success, and manages a variety of special projects for the Officer's, some of which may have organizational impact.
- C-Suite Relationship Building: Proactively develop and maintain strong working
relationships with other Executive Assistants across the C-Suite. Success in this role
relies on your ability to collaborate across departments to align schedules and goals.
