Location : Athens, GA
Hours/Schedule : 8-5 3 days a week

Overview
Global pharma company looking to hire a part time Document Archival Assistant to join their team. This position will p rovide archiving support activities with established procedures and practices covering the below responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists archivist with project for large volume of incoming files.
• Physically escort any visitors in the archive and ensure sign into the logbook.
• Manage the Chain of Custody procedures to ensure the integrity of all study documentation.
• Assists with client requests and document management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Process incoming documents and transfer into archive
• Prepare and manage offsite storage of documents from project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Records Management experience required.
• Records Management training or certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with digital imaging and electronic media necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or familiarity with GLP/GCP/GMP compliance a plus
