  • Manage R&D resources, managers, and individual contributors to maximize delivery, retain critical domain expertise, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and maintain an engaged technical organization.
  • Own annual cost center, staffing, project, people, material, and capital planning while evaluating product feasibility, resource tradeoffs, cost structures, and financial metrics.
  • Oversee the Peachtree Corners electronics lab, including modern test equipment, safety practices, and standards-aligned test procedures, while coordinating product evaluation and certification with the Tucker test facilities.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of electrical circuit protection products and solutions, product and system architecture, electronic component manufacturing, embedded processors, and wireless technologies.

    • Experience with applicable electrical codes, standards, and certification requirements, including UL, CSA, NOM, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, and NEMA, plus electrical design tools and product lifecycle processes.
    • Working knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes, including routings, bills of material, stamping, plastic molding, plating, brazing, electrical contact fabrication, and assembly.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
