Senior HRIS Compensation Analyst
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior HRIS Compensation Analyst to join their team in Sandy Springs, GA. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Workday Compensation SME
- Act as a consultative partner to HR/Comp stakeholders (not just task execution)
- Requirements gathering
- Solution design (multiple options + recommendations)
- Configuration and setup
- Testing/QA
- Deployment
- Ongoing operational support
- Manage Workday compensation configuration and administration
- Own job catalog management (HRIS team responsibility here)
- Support Workday releases and stay current on new features
- Seamless execution of annual compensation cycles
- Accurate and compliant Workday configuration
- Stakeholders rely on this person as a go-to partner for Workday Comp strategy
- Proactively manages Workday releases and feature updates
- 3-5 years of total experience
- Workday Core Compensation
- Workday Advanced Compensation
