Job Description Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced Paralegal with probate court expertise to join their team in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role involves supporting an attorney in managing complex probate cases and ensuring smooth communication with clients, referring lawyers, and court clerks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a part-time position offering 25-30 hours per week and works onsite. Key Responsibilities - File Management: Organize, maintain, and update case files for probate matters. - Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate effectively with referring lawyers, clients, and court clerks. - Court Filings: Handle e-filings and ensure timely submission of all required documents. - Document Gathering: Collect and prepare necessary documentation for probate proceedings. - Case Coordination: Manage varying case types, including those related to personal and catastrophic injury cases and wrongful death.
