Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting products and services, and creating positive customer experiences in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities. * Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. * Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. * Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. * Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. * Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. * Support individual and team sales goals during events. * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. * Comfortable interacting with customers in person. * Goal-oriented and motivated to learn sales techniques. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Reliable and adaptable. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
