Position Overview
Our client is hiring a Regional Marketing Manager – USA to lead customer acquisition and top-of-funnel growth across the region. This role focuses on driving lead generation, content distribution, and localized campaigns aligned with sales goals and market dynamics.
As part of the global marketing team, you will execute targeted initiatives across key industries such as Steel, Cement, Pharmaceuticals, and Food & Beverage, contributing to market expansion and business growth.
This role is ideal for a strategic and fast-moving marketer who can translate regional insights into impactful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities for the Americas regions.
- Regional Marketing Campaigns: Oversee and manage the distribution of tailored content across multiple channels to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with revenue goals and to optimize customer engagement throughout the sales funnel.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage marketing events, including workshops, roundtables, and industry seminars, to increase brand awareness and build relationships with prospective clients.
- SEO & Regional Market Optimization: Build and refine SEO strategies to boost brand visibility and enhance engagement within specific regional markets.
- Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Track and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
- Market & Competitive Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, and leverage insights to refine marketing tactics.
- Targeted Vertical Focus: Drive engagement in key verticals including Steel, Cement, Paper, Aluminium, Tyres, Pharma, and Food & Beverage, by tailoring marketing strategies to address unique needs within each sector.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in business development, lead generation, or account-based marketing, ideally within the Industrial IoT, AI, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong experience with content distribution, SEO, and lead-generation strategies to build awareness and drive new opportunities.
- Experience organizing and executing technical events, such as workshops, roundtables, and industry seminars, to engage prospects and build brand presence.
- Comfort with analyzing campaign data, performance metrics, and customer insights to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams, and to communicate strategies clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
Minimum 30% travel across North America to events, customer workshops, roundtables together with sales colleagues. Fluent in digital ABM campaigns. And capability to handle introduction presentations and basic platform demos. Basic technical understanding of IIoT and Industrial AI platforms.
