Remote Travel Advisor Support - Flexible & Fully Remote
Join a growing team providing exceptional support to travelers. As a Remote Customer Support Specialist serving the Atlanta, GA area, you will assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and travel-related questions while delivering professional service from a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
