Job Summary

The IT Help Desk Technician provides technical support and maintenance for warehouse IT infrastructure and automation systems to ensure smooth and efficient night shift operations. This role troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and automation issues while working closely with warehouse teams and vendors.

Payrate: $25/hour - Full-Time

Schedule: Night Shift Monday- Friday 3:45 pm - 12:30 am

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for PCs, printers, scanners, label printers, mobile devices, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and warehouse automation system issues.
• Maintain WMS connectivity, servers, printers, and network availability.
• Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure.
• Support automation systems, including AutoStore, T-Sort, Pick-to-Light, and Auto-Labeler.
• Install and configure Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and user accounts.
• Maintain IT assets, consumables, and service tickets.
• Respond quickly to minimize system downtime and identify root causes of issues.
• Train warehouse staff on proper equipment and system use.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical support and maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities, work orders, and system issues.

Qualifications

Required

• 1+ year of IT support experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, IT infrastructure, and networking.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with warehouse automation equipment (AutoStore, T-Sort, Pick-to-Light, etc.).
• Experience supporting warehouse operations.

Additional Compensation

Overtime may be available based on production needs.
