We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our dynamic team located at the ATL airport must have a clean BG and flexible to work any shift due to shift placement being based off seniority this is direct hire role paying $25/hig interested please send resume to [email protected]. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in soldering, assembly, and electrical wiring. As a Solderer, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that electronic components are assembled accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools will contribute to the overall quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering tasks on various electronic components, ensuring compliance with IPC 610 standards.
• Assemble components using hand tools and power tools while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters to verify dimensions and electrical properties.
• Conduct electrical wiring tasks, ensuring proper connections and functionality of assembled units.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly or soldering issues that may arise during production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the workplace.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in soldering, assembly, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for soldering quality is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in machining or electrical wiring is a plus.
