Honeybee Hires is excited to partner with a local clinician-owned and operated multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to kids. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a well regarded clinic in Marietta, GA . In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of pediatric patients, helping them develop fine motor skills, manage sensory regulation, and increase independent functioning.

Position overview:

• Full time annual on-target earnings: $80-$95k+based on experience and scheduled hours
• Half-day Friday schedule!
• Evaluate & treat using standardized OT practices
• Collaborate daily with parents & other disciplines
• Maintain records using a gold standard EMR system
• Documentation time built into scheduled hours - don't take work home!
• Private treatment rooms and access to a shared therapy gym

Qualifications:

• Pediatric experience as an OT preferred.
• Georgia Occupational Therapy License
• Internally motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to work in person in Marietta, GA
• Energetic & child-friendly personality - ready to build relationships with kids and have fun in a multidisciplinary therapeutic setting! Must be a flexible thinker and ready to get creative in therapy.
