• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain clearances prior to start

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Previous support of students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required but beneficial)
• Patient, reliable, and shows strong teamwork skills
