Full Stack Developer (Acworth)

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading energy management controls provider specializing in industrial and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across North and South America. The organization blends mechanical engineering expertise with modern software development to deliver scalable, data-driven platforms for mission-critical environments.

Summary

This role is a full stack development position with a strong emphasis on front-end UI/UX engineering. The developer will build and enhance web-based applications that interface with industrial systems, focusing on delivering intuitive, high-performance user experiences for complex technical environments. The role also includes backend contributions and exposure to cloud services and industrial integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using TypeScript and React

• Own and improve UI/UX across core platform applications

• Build and maintain front-end architecture with a focus on performance and usability

• Contribute to backend services using Node.js and Express

• Enhance system reliability, security, and maintainability through refactoring and optimization

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

• Debug, test, and ensure high-quality software across environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on industrial system integrations and data-driven features

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience building cloud-based or SaaS applications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern front-end frameworks

• Backend experience with Node.js and Express

• Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, Vite, or Electron

• Experience working in Linux environments and with Nginx

• Exposure to GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative, product-focused engineering environment
