Physical Therapist (PT) – Neurologic Rehabilitation

Location: Fayetteville, GA (Relocation Assistance Available)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Overview

A well-established physical therapy practice in Georgia is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team. The clinic specializes in neurologic rehabilitation and provides comprehensive in-house training, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve functional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and mobility techniques.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Active or eligible Georgia PT license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and ongoing learning.
