Position Overview:

FINSYNC is seeking a Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you will create high-impact visual assets across a wide range of formats that shape how our brand connects with business owners nationwide. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Production: Create, manage, and review a wide range of design projects, including digital, web, print, social media, one-pagers, and more. This includes developing product interfaces and brand assets that are visually compelling and on-brand.

Executive Communication: Develop and deliver polished and effective presentations for executive leadership, effectively communicating design strategy and impact.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various departments to understand project needs and deliver on business goals.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all design output maintains a consistent brand identity and visual language across all platforms and mediums.

Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of design assets to inform future creative decisions and demonstrate ROI.

Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work fresh and innovative.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional design experience in a creative agency, SaaS (Software as a Service) or FinTech (Financial Technology) setting.

Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

Strong portfolio showcasing experience in both print and digital design.

Exceptional skills in typography and visual storytelling.

Demonstrated experience providing creative review and giving constructive feedback.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in UX/UI design.
