Job description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on machining and has a strong understanding of setup, tooling, and machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Haas, Mazatrol) to produce precision parts using 4th / 5th axis
• Set up and program CNC machines (Haas, Mazatrol) to produce precision parts

  using 4th / 5th axis

• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications
• Select and set up tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job
• Adjust machines manually to ensure part accuracy and quality
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues
• Assist with secondary operations such as part assembly or cleanup
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and quality standards are met

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of proven experience in manual CNC machining and setup (Haas, Mazatrol preferred)
• Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
• Experience working with tight tolerances and quality standards
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and manual inspection techniques
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
