Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls skillfully handling appointment requests and addressing patient inquiries.
• Demonstrate empathy and attentiveness to understand and meet patient needs effectively.
• Support office operations by preparing charts updating records and assisting with office opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies for contact lenses as needed.
• Spend dedicated time with patients prior to their doctor visits performing essential preliminary assessments including measuring retinal function peripheral vision and capturing retinal photographs using advanced equipment.
• Accurately document and organize patient exam notes order diagnostic tests per the doctors recommendations and code procedures precisely.
• Engage in ongoing cross-training to foster personal and professional growth within the practice.
