Data Entry Specialist II - ON SITE

-Processing incoming responses from police agencies.

-Researching and reviews request and police records information from websites, various internal and external databases.

-Fulfilling, editing, and modifying request for police records to ensure compliance with company standards.

-Performing additional research as required to meet customer expectations and demonstrates ability to meet and exceed established departmental goals.

-Processing incoming and outgoing mail.

-Requiring some sedentary and physical labor.

This team serve as support between insurance adjusters and law enforcement agencies, facilitating the processing of police report requests related to auto accidents on behalf of our insurance clients.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duluth, GA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
