Opportunity:

RN - PACU

Job Details:

• Work day shifts Monday through Friday, open to working between 6:45 AM and 6:15 PM
• PACU experience required
• Must be ACLS, BLS, and PALS certified
• On-call responsibilities per unit needs
• Holiday requirements: minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited/approved school of nursing
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Must possess Georgia RN license (single state) or multi-state compact license
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Participate in evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement activities
• Must have ability to read, write and speak English, strong computer skills, and excellent time management
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively
