Outside Sales/Project Manager:

• Experience in sales, estimating and/or construction project management required. Candidate must bring knowledge, skills and proven history to the table.
• Team first mentality
• Outside Sales/Project Manager will manage multiple paving, concrete and seal coating projects and bids.
• The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
• Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule work activities with subcontractors and crews based upon client needs in safe, cost-effective manner
• Meet with clients to discuss quality control, extra work authorizations, schedules, and billings
• Inspect job sites in pre-bid and during construction for assessing potential hazards, unexpected complications, or issues
• Must be familiar with an estimating program in order to prepare and submit estimates
• Oversee contract negotiations, revisions, and contract compliance
• Collaborate with clients, supervisors, and design professionals to resolve problems, complaints and design issues
• Manage actions that are necessary due to delays, bad weather or emergencies on the job sites
• Verifying permits or any other regulatory compliance
• Due to job demands, must be available for 24/7 emergency call-ins

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• B2B sales: 3 years (Required)
