Job Description :

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a web application built with React.js.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development project management, a solid understanding of modern front end technologies, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Key responsibilities:
• Lead end to end project management for web applications built with React.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to define project scope and objectives.
• Translate business needs into detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX UI designers, back-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps.Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and final deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation including status reports, roadmaps, and post-launch retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
• IT Delivery, Account Management, Operations, and Change Management.
• May include US & Indian locations.Experience in project management, vendor management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Managing the company's workforce, ensuring employee engagement, and driving talent development.
• Driving business growth, managing operations, and ensuring efficient delivery of services.
